I received my order and it has an error on it. What should I do?
Return the product to our mailing address and we will gladly correct it. Make sure to include the correct information in your request.

The product I ordered from you is broken. What should I do?
Return the product to our mailing address and we will gladly replace it.

I can't fit all the information that I want on the tag in the space provided.
Each tag, collar and leash has a limit to the number of lines and characters that may be engraved or embroidered on it. However, our larger tags, particularly the medium and large stainless steel tags, have greater limits than the others. Click here to see the line and character limits for each type of tag, leash and collar.

A week has gone by and I have not received my order. What should I do?
We use the U.S. Postal Service to deliver our products. Sometimes delays may occur. Please wait 14 days for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders.

Our Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 90 days. Please provide us with the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will promptly replace your order to your satisfaction or give you a full refund.

Sizing Guide
Four our tags, we generally recommend a small tag for pets 20 lbs. and under, a medium tag for pets between 20 and 50 lbs., and a large tag for pets over 50 lbs. Our collars are sold by ACTUAL neck size. To determine which size is best for your pet, choose the size according to your pet's ACTUAL neck measurement. We will be sure to allow the proper amount of slack for that neck size. However, if your pet is still growing, you may want to order a larger size to allow for future growth. Delivery Information
We send all out products via the U.S. Postal Service, First Class. Typically, an order will take 4-7 business days for delivery. However, if you have not received your order after 14 days (or 21 days, if you are overseas) please contact us at 1-800-748-5114 between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM ET, Monday through Friday. How to Apply the Collar Tag
Using the tag as a guide, mark the desired position for holes in your collar. Then carefully punch holes in your collar using a sharp instrument (such as an ice pick or a nail). Apply the tag by placing the tag over the holes in your collar and inserting the rivets through the tag and the collar. Place the collar on a hard, flat surface and tap the rivets down flush with the collar using a hammer.
